Are there annual Dues?

Yes — Dues as of 2026 are $1686 per year and include almost everything. (See below)

What do my yearly dues include?

Your dues include access to ALL THE AMENITIES, ELECTRIC, sewer dump stations, trash, road maintenance, and security. You do pay a nominal quarterly water bill.

Do I pay property tax. ?

Yes. As of 2026 tax year - approximatley $12.56 PER YEAR

Is there an age restriction for campers?

No. Indian Acres is a family-friendly campground open to all ages.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available in common areas, and owners may arrange private service for their lots.

How many guests can I bring?

Immediate family is free. Each property is alloted 10 Guest passes. Additional guests may require a small seasonal fee.

Are ATVs, dirt bikes, and golf carts allowed?

Golf carts are permitted. ATVs and dirt bikes are restricted to designated areas All these vehicles require an annual inspection and Sticker from Site control .

Are campfires allowed?

Yes — in approved fire rings on you own lot.

Do you offer payment plans for yearly dues?

Yes. Flexible 2,3,4 and 6-pay payment options are available through the office.

Can I reserve the clubhouse or other facilities?

Yes. Reservations are first-come, first-served.
